1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing colorshift.top, you agree to these terms. Our services are provided by Aleksandar Starčević PR Appvein, located in Belgrade, Serbia.
2. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of ColorShift virtual goods (Chroma Coins, AI Hints, and Premium Themes), ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds once a digital product has been credited to your account. This is in accordance with digital goods regulations where performance has begun.
3. Payments & Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for orders processed through them, subject to our "No Refund" policy above.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our community standards or attempt to manipulate game mechanics.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
